What Was the T-Mobile Wage Case About?

Who Could Participate?
The notice was directed to certain current and former U.S. employees who held SMB Account Executive titles during the covered periods. The National Training Collective concerned initial training from March 1, 2021 through February 27, 2024. The COVID-period collective used the same ending date for qualifying California work, while the non-California period ended December 31, 2021.
