Transpacific Airline Settlement Update for May 2025

The initial settlement funds were distributed on March 17, 2022, and uncashed checks are no longer valid.

The class action lawsuit filed a Motion for Secondary Distribution on August 8, 2022.

After the Supreme Court denied a type of appeal, the Settlement Administrator is proceeding with a secondary distribution.

How Do I Qualify For a Payout?

To qualify you must have purchased a ticket for a transpacific flight from one of the defendant airlines between January 1 2000 and the date of the settlement. It is too late to file a claim now.
