When is the class action settlement payment date?
Payments appear to be going out now. The Court granted final approval on February 13, 2026, and class members began reporting on July 31 and August 1, 2026 that payments had reached them through the Venmo and Zelle options on the claim form. No administrator distribution notice or official payment date has been located, so the start of the distribution is reported by claimants rather than announced by the administrator. Payments in a distribution this size are released in batches, so a claim that has not been paid yet has not necessarily been denied.How Much Are the Payments?
One class member has reported a payment of about $28.63. That is a single report rather than an administrator figure, but it is consistent with how this settlement calculates payments. A claim filed without proof pays the average retail price for up to two covered products, and every payment is then increased or decreased on a pro rata basis so the total paid to the class equals the available settlement funds or $50 per class member, whichever is lower. Because that adjustment runs upward as well as downward, money left in the fund after valid claims are counted is spread across claimants until the per-person figure reaches the $50 ceiling.
