What Is the Designed Receivable Solutions Data Breach About?

Designed Receivable Solutions is a medical debt collection company based in Cypress, California that services healthcare providers throughout the country. On March 23, 2024, Designed Receivable Solutions notified the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights of a data breach to their computer network which exposed the information of 129,584 individuals.

The extent of data exposed is not known, but could include personal identifying information such as names, addresses, Social Security numbers or protected health and banking or financial information.
