Kettering Health reported the incident to the HHS Office for Civil Rights on July 21, 2025, and the federal breach portal entry was revised around April 2026 to 1,695,382 individuals. Exposed categories varied by person and included names, Social Security numbers, driver's license and passport numbers, medical and diagnosis information, health insurance and billing data, and financial account numbers. Kettering Health says it is offering credit monitoring and identity restoration services to those it notified.
