Consumers and health plans that paid for covered generic drugs between 2009 and 2019 have until November 9, 2026 to claim from the $275 million Sandoz and Fougera generic drug price-fixing settlement. It is the only one of Sandoz’s three generic drug settlements open to consumer claims, and it is filed through the combined end-payer claim.

File the combined generic drug end-payer claim at GenericDrugsEndPayerSettlement.com or by mail by November 9, 2026. There is no separate Sandoz claim form; one end-payer claim covers the Sandoz/Fougera, Sun/Taro and Apotex/Heritage settlements.
Fougera Pharmaceuticals is a Sandoz subsidiary that makes generic topical medications such as creams and ointments. It is a party to the same $275 million end-payer settlement as Sandoz.
Not yet. The states announced the $400 million settlement in principle in August 2026, and it is not final. It is not part of the state attorneys general consumer program now open at AGGenericDrugs.com, which pays out about $96.5 million from five other companies with a March 8, 2027 deadline.
The $275 million end-payer settlement contains no admission of wrongdoing by Sandoz. Separately, Sandoz resolved federal criminal charges with the U.S. Department of Justice in 2020.
