Status: Settlement Approved
Benefit: Automatic $10 Gift Cards per eligible brand with free shipping
Claim Form Required: No
You are in the Settlement Class if you purchased outside California from one or more of these brands during the
class periods:
• Boohoo or BoohooMAN from April 1, 2016 through June 17, 2022
• PrettyLittleThing from April 1, 2016 through June 17, 2022
• Nasty Gal from February 28, 2017 through June 17, 2022
California purchases are excluded. Additional standard exclusions apply.
Settlement Class Members who do not opt out automatically receive one $10 Gift Card per eligible brand from which
they purchased during the class periods, up to three gift cards total. Cards are valid on the U.S. websites of the
issuing brand and include free shipping on the redemption purchase.
Key terms include no expiration, no minimum purchase, no blackout dates, no fees, transferability, and with
limited exceptions the ability to stack multiple cards.
There is no claim form. If you are eligible and do not opt out, a $10 Gift Card for each eligible brand is emailed
to the address on file with the retailer. Check your inbox and spam folders for messages from the settlement
administrator or the brand sites. If your email changed, contact the administrator.
No, you cannot file a claim for this settlement. There was never a claim form required — eligible class members
automatically received their $10 gift cards if they did not opt out. The settlement is now closed, and
distribution has already been completed.
No. The Boohoo, PrettyLittleThing, and Nasty Gal Nationwide Pricing Settlement did not require a claim form. Gift
cards were automatically emailed to class members who made qualifying purchases and did not exclude themselves
from the settlement.
Since there was no claim form and the settlement is closed, your only option is to contact the settlement
administrator if you believe you were eligible but never received your $10 gift card. Provide your name, email
address, and order details from Boohoo, PrettyLittleThing, or Nasty Gal during the class period. The administrator
can verify whether a card was issued to you.
You can reach them at via their website, BoohooNationwidePricingSettlement.com.
If you were eligible and did not opt out, you may ask whether your gift card was sent or if a replacement can be
issued. However, new claims cannot be filed, and late requests are generally not accepted after final
distribution.
The Final Approval Hearing was set for November 2, 2023. Opt out and objection deadlines listed in the notice were
September 15, 2023.
The lawsuit alleged that the retailers advertised inflated reference prices and frequent discounts that could
mislead shoppers into believing they were getting larger bargains. Defendants deny all wrongdoing. The settlement
resolves the dispute and provides the gift card benefits to eligible customers who do not opt out.
• Do nothing and receive your gift card(s) if eligible.
• Exclude yourself by the deadline listed in the notice to keep the right to sue separately, but you will not
receive gift cards.
• Object by the deadline if you stayed in the Class and disagreed with the settlement terms.
