Who Qualifies?
The settlement class is defined as all persons nationwide who purchased one or more items from AlbanyPark.com during the class period. How Much Can You Get?
Every settlement class member is entitled to a $115 benefit. You receive it one of two ways:Store Credit (automatic). The credit is valid for 18 months after activation, is freely transferable, has no blackout dates, and can be combined with any other discount or offer on AlbanyPark.com, though only one credit can be used per transaction and the credit is one-time use.
Cash (by claim). Instead of the store credit, you can elect to receive $115 in cash, issued electronically or by check. To get the cash you must submit a valid claim form by August 18, 2026 and provide enough information for the administrator to verify a qualifying AlbanyPark.com purchase during the class period. If you do not submit a completed claim form, you receive the store credit by default.
Any settlement checks expire 180 calendar days after they are issued. Under California law, funds from checks left uncashed after 180 days are turned over to the State of California as unclaimed property. Separately, Albany Park agreed to pay notice and administration costs, a $5,000 service award to the class representative, and attorneys' fees and expenses of up to $1,500,000, all subject to court approval. These amounts are paid on top of the class benefits and do not reduce the $115 you receive.
