If you had a fuboTV account or used someone else's fuboTV account while residing in the U.S. or its territories on or before May 29, 2025, you may be owed a settlement payout. FuboTV has settled a class action over allegations that it collected, stored, used, distributed, or retained Personally Identifiable Information in violation of the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA) and other privacy laws.

How Much Can I Get Paid?

Each eligible claimant will receive an equal share of the $3.4 million Cash Fund after fees and expenses are deducted. California residents who meet specific certifications may receive even more than the rest of the country is expected to, with an extra 10%, estimated.
