What Changed Recently?

The ticket count comes from Moodswings's records rather than from anything the claimant supplies, and the claim form states the number those records reflect. Four New York tickets therefore work out to about $28.48, and a single Colorado ticket to $2.54.A class member who does nothing receives a discount code for 25% off one future purchase of tickets from Moodswings's websites. Choosing one forecloses the other: a class member whose cash claim is approved is not eligible for a discount code. What Is the Deadline?

What Happens Next?

Class members do not have to attend, and a class member who wants to speak has to have asked the court for permission by the September 18, 2026 deadline.A hearing is not an approval. Discount codes and cash payments are issued only after the settlement becomes final, which means after the court approves it and after the time for any appeal runs out.
