You may be part of a new $3.5 million class action settlement reached with The Neiman Marcus over a data security incident discovered in May 2024. • Cash Payment for Documented Losses Reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a result of the data incident, up to **$2,500.00** per person. This may include bank fees, phone charges, postage, gas, and costs related to credit monitoring or identity theft insurance.

• Credit Monitoring You can also receive two years of complimentary credit monitoring services.

The cash payment amount may be subject to a pro rata decrease depending on the number of valid claims submitted.
