What is this class action about?

You may be part of a new $3.5 million class action settlement reached with The Neiman Marcus over a data security incident discovered in May 2024. The lawsuit alleges that Neiman Marcus failed to adequately protect its customers' personal information, which was potentially compromised in the data breach. Neiman Marcus denies any wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid the costs and risks of continued litigation.

What is the Total Settlement Amount?

The Settlement fund totals $3.5 million. This money will be used to pay valid claims, settlement administration costs, and attorney fees and expenses.

How Do I Qualify For a Payout?

You are included in the Settlement Class if your Personal Information was potentially compromised as a result of the data incident involving Neiman Marcus in May 2024. This includes individuals whose personal information was stored on Neiman Marcus systems at the time of the breach.

How Much Can I Get Paid?

Each eligible claimant who submits a timely and valid Claim Form may receive:

Cash Payment for Documented Losses Reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a result of the data incident, up to **$2,500.00** per person. This may include bank fees, phone charges, postage, gas, and costs related to credit monitoring or identity theft insurance.

Credit Monitoring You can also receive two years of complimentary credit monitoring services.

The cash payment amount may be subject to a pro rata decrease depending on the number of valid claims submitted.

How Do I File a Claim?

You must submit a timely and valid Claim Form by **October 8, 2025** online or by mail.
