A $61,000,000 class action settlement has been reached after allegations that Progressive Marathon and Progressive Michigan breached their motor insurance policies by failing to include certain fees and taxes when making total Loss Claim Payments to some of its customers for vehicles that Progressive deemed to be a "total loss".
