How Much Will I Get from the Splish Splash Settlement?
Your Splish Splash settlement payment is a pro rata share of the $1,000,000 settlement fund based on the total processing fees you paid. The more fees you paid during the class period, the larger your Splish Splash settlement refund.Deductions from the $1 million fund include attorneys' fees (up to one-third of the fund), litigation costs, settlement administration costs (Epiq), and a $5,000 service award to class representative Adreana Rodriguez. The remaining net fund is divided pro rata among Splish Splash class members who file valid claims.
Do I Need Proof to File the Splish Splash Settlement Claim?
You do not need to attach receipts or proof of purchase to your Splish Splash claim.
