If you are a pharmacy in the United States or its territories that paid for e-prescriptions routed through
the
Surescripts network between September 21, 2010 and July 18, 2025, you may be part of a new open class action
settlement with Surescripts or Allscripts.
Defendants, related entities, government entities, and the presiding Court and families are excluded.
What Is the SureScripts Class Action About?
The class action lawsuit alleged that Surescripts, Allscripts, and previously settled defendant RelayHealth
restrained trade and
charged supracompetitive prices for e-prescription routing in violation of federal and state antitrust laws.
Surescripts and Allscripts deny all wrongdoing. The Court has not decided who is right, but the prescription
drug companies have agreed to pay out a settlement fund to qualified claimants.
How to File a Claim
File online at the official settlement website. If you already submitted a claim in the RelayHealth
settlement, you
do not need to file again, but you may supplement with additional information for April 20, 2021 through
July 18, 2025. New claimants should be prepared to provide data showing paid e-prescriptions routed through
Surescripts during the class period.
Do I Need Proof to File a Claim?
Yes. Awards are calculated based on each claimant's proportion of e-prescriptions routed through the
Surescripts
network during the class period. Provide documentation that shows your paid e-prescriptions volume for the
applicable dates. Follow the instructions on the claim form.
How Payments Are Calculated?
Payments will be a pro rata share of the combined net settlement funds from this settlement and the prior
RelayHealth settlement, after deductions for notice, administration, attorneys' fees, costs, and service
awards.
Your share will depend on your proportion of e-prescriptions relative to all eligible claims.

and pharmacies. Allscripts, which rebranded to Veradigm in 2023, is a health IT company whose software
connects to e-prescribing and other clinical networks. Both companies deny any wrongdoing in this case.
Do Ordinary Consumers Qualify for an Award?
No. This settlement is for pharmacies only. Individual consumers, patients, and plan members are not part of
the Settlement Class.
Is this Class Action for Pharmacies?
