If you are a pharmacy in the United States or its territories that paid for e-prescriptions routed through the Surescripts network between September 21, 2010 and July 18, 2025, you may be part of a new open class action settlement with Surescripts or Allscripts. Surescripts operates a national health information network used to route e-prescriptions between prescribers and pharmacies. Allscripts, which rebranded to Veradigm in 2023, is a health IT company whose software connects to e-prescribing and other clinical networks.
