If you purchased a product from Torrid.com while residing in Oregon, California, or Washington between January 1, 2020, and February 18, 2025, you may be owed $15 in cash or coupons. Torrid.com has settled a class action over allegations that it deceptively advertised discounts on its website.
The allegations the class action lawsuit made against Torrid.com include unjust enrichment, intentional misrepresentation, and negligent misrepresentation about some of its sales discounts shown on its website.
