What Is the LifeMD Investigation About?

LifeMD’s brands include Rex MD and ShapiroMD. Attorneys at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP are investigating whether prospective patients’ health intake answers on LifeMD’s website were shared with third parties without consent.

Who May Qualify

You may qualify if all four are true:

• You were located in California when you visited LifeMD, on or before June 14, 2026.
• You clicked "Get Started" on a LifeMD topic — weight loss, women's health, men's health, cardiovascular health, mental health, prescriptions and refills, or primary care — and answered at least one question.
• You never checked the box agreeing to the Terms, Privacy Policy, Notice of Privacy Practices and telehealth consent, and never created an account or made a purchase.
• You do not already have a lawyer representing you on this claim.
