Amazon Prime members who signed up through challenged sign-up pages, or started cancelling and did not finish, between June 2019 and June 2025 can now receive up to $200 from the FTC's $2.5 billion settlement under a revised order approved in September 2026. Every remaining payment is sent automatically, with a new round starting October 1, 2026.

No. Under the revised order, every remaining payment is sent automatically. Amazon decides who qualifies from its own records, and no claim form, notice response or paperwork is needed. The claim deadline of July 27, 2026 has passed, and consumers who received a claim form but never submitted it may still be paid automatically.
No. $200 is the most any one person can receive across all payments. Each payment covers Prime membership fees paid during the eligible period, up to $51, minus refunds or credits already received. The only route above $51 is a supplemental payment of up to $149 that happens only if accepted payments fall short of a court-set target by February 2027.
Payments to the newly added group, people who used between 11 and 20 Prime benefits in a one-year period, begin October 1, 2026. Any supplemental payments of up to $149 for people who accepted an earlier payment start by April 2027.
Payments come by PayPal, Venmo or mailed check, depending on the information Amazon has for you. Watch your email, including spam and promotions folders. A PayPal or Venmo payment must be accepted within 30 days, and a check must be cashed within 60 days.
