Ten settlements tracked by OpenClassActions.com stop taking claims on October 5, 2026: Cone Health pixel tracking, Just4Veterans VA claim fees, Sportsman’s Guide firearm privacy (Pennsylvania), Albany Gastroenterology data breach, Coleman Professional Services data breach, USA Clinics Group text messages, Volkswagen Atlas water pumps, Heritage South Credit Union data breach, Bayhealth pixel tracking and Total Vision data breach.
For the settlements that accept paper forms, the notices count a mailed Claim Form as on time if it is postmarked by October 5, 2026. The Volkswagen Atlas water pump settlement is mail-only, so its postmark date is the only deadline. Online forms must be submitted by the same date.
Most of these settlements mailed or emailed notices that carry a unique identifier, called a LoginID and PIN, Claimant ID or ILYM ID depending on the administrator. The online claim forms use it to match a filer to the class list. Each official settlement website explains how class members who lost their notice can look up or request their identifier.
Payments come after the court grants final approval and any appeals are resolved, so they arrive weeks or months after the claim deadline. Several of these funds are split pro rata, which means the final amount per person depends on how many valid claims are filed.
Yes, in two of them. Albany Gastroenterology class members receive two years of medical identity monitoring without filing, and Just4Veterans forgives unpaid fees without a claim form. Cash in both settlements still requires a claim.
