How Much Can You Get?
The settlement provides two benefits, and you may claim one or both:$25 cash payment. Every class member may claim a one-time $25.00 cash payment. You do not have to provide any proof or explanation to claim it. Cash payments are issued by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or mailed check, depending on the option you select on the claim form.
One year of CyEx Privacy Shield. Every class member is also eligible to enroll in one year of CyEx Privacy Shield, a service designed to help restore users' privacy and anonymity. How to File a Claim

The Court still has to decide whether to grant final approval. Payments will only be made after the Court grants final approval and after any appeals are resolved.
