What Happened
Class members are sharing emails headed “Class Action Voucher” from the Michael Kors outlet pricing settlement. The voucher names the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego, and the case, McCall et al. v. Michael Kors (USA), Inc., No. 25CU041352N, and lists a voucher code and a dollar amount. One shared by a class member shows $20.06. The voucher states that the court authorized the notice, and it gives a date from which the voucher can be used.The lawsuit alleged that Michael Kors outlet stores advertised reference prices and discounts that gave a misleading impression of savings. Michael Kors denied the allegations and any wrongdoing. The class covers qualifying purchases at Michael Kors outlet stores from May 10, 2019 through November 14, 2025. Under the settlement, certificates were to go out only after the court approved it, and no earlier than April 1, 2026.

How Much the Voucher Is Worth
The settlement set $30 as the most any certificate could be worth. KORSVIP account holders with a California or Oregon mailing address who received direct email notice were in an automatic group and were to receive a $30.00 certificate without filing. Everyone else in the class had to file a claim, and their certificates were described as worth up to $30.The $20.06 voucher shared by a class member is below that cap. OpenClassActions.com has not seen an explanation from the administrator of how that figure was set, so other claimants may see a different amount.
How to Use It
According to the settlement FAQ, a certificate:• applies to a single in-store purchase at a Michael Kors Outlet store, up to its value;
• expires 90 days after it is issued;
• is non-transferable;
• has no cash value and cannot be used to buy gift cards or gift certificates.
The FAQ does not describe online use, so plan to redeem the voucher in person. Check the email for the date the voucher can first be used and count 90 days from issuance, since an unused certificate is lost after that.
