What Happened

Class members report receiving an email from the Eye Serum Settlement Administrator with the subject line “Eye Serum Settlement: Your Voucher is Ready,” telling them they submitted a valid claim and, based on their claim selection, are receiving a voucher. Class members posted about the email on September 29 and 30, 2026.The vouchers follow the cash payments, which were issued digitally on August 31, 2026, with checks mailed September 4. Most class members who took cash report receiving $13.67. The court granted final approval on May 26, 2026, in Rush v. Athena Cosmetics, Inc., No. 2:24-cv-08542-HDV-AJR, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The case alleged that Athena's labeling and marketing did not disclose material information about the serums' potential risks and side effects; Athena denied the allegations, and the court made no finding of wrongdoing.

Who Is Getting a Voucher
The settlement notice set two paths. Class members who filed with proof of purchase could choose both a single cash payment and a single voucher. A message that asks for a fee to release a settlement voucher should be treated as a scam. The administrator has not published a date by which every voucher will be sent.
