What Happened

The official settlement website says digital settlement payments were issued August 31, 2026 and settlement checks were mailed September 4, 2026, to claimants whose claims the settlement administrator approved, by the payment method on each approved claim. Class members report electronic payments landing on August 31 through PayPal, Venmo and direct deposit.The court granted final approval on May 26, 2026, after the April 20, 2026 claim deadline. The case is Rush v. Athena Cosmetics, Inc., No. 2:23-cv-10078-HDV-AJR, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. It alleged that Athena's labeling and marketing did not disclose material information about the serums' potential risks and side effects; Athena denied the allegations, and the court made no finding of wrongdoing.

How Much Class Members Say They Got
The amount reported far more than any other is $13.67, and it went to people who filed with receipts and people who filed without them alike. Some class members who uploaded proof of several purchases say they still received $13.67.Others report more. One class member with receipts for two tubes reported $27.35, and others reported $68.37, $82.05 and $136.74, the last from someone who said they had more than $1,000 in RevitaBrow receipts. Two who reported larger payments said they filed with the claim number and PIN from their notice email and were told no proof was needed because Athena had records of their direct purchases.
These figures come from class members, not from the administrator, which has not published a per-claim amount. They are consistent with how the settlement was built: cash came from a shared fund after fees and costs and was divided among valid claims, so no one was promised a fixed amount.
Not Paid Yet?
Not everyone has been paid. Some claimants who chose a digital payment say nothing has arrived, and a few Venmo users report getting a payment email with no money in the account. Some say the money appeared after they verified the email address on their Venmo account, or on its own a day or two later; others say it still has not come through.The settlement website says most digital payments arrive within a few business days and asks claimants to allow up to four weeks from September 4, 2026 for a mailed check.
