Update: Final Approval Granted, Objector Appeal Pending
The court granted final approval on July 6, 2026. An objector filed a notice of appeal to the Seventh Circuit on August 27, 2026 (No. 26-2779), and payments cannot be issued until the settlement becomes final. The claim deadline passed on March 21, 2026, and the final-approval hearing was held on June 26, 2026. The court entered its final approval order on July 6, 2026; no distribution date has been posted.
