X-Pro Eagle Youth ATVs Recalled Because a Speed Module Exceeds the Federal Limit

Published November 6, 2026

Owners of X-Pro Eagle 110cc youth ATVs sold from July 2025 through September 2025 can get a $100 refund for returning the speed-adjusting module that came with the vehicle. They should stop using the module, keep riding only without it and request the return label on X-PRO’s recall page.

What Is Being Recalled?

Titan Imports, Inc., which does business as U.S. Titan, recalled about 117 X-Pro Eagle youth all-terrain vehicles on November 5, 2026, in a recall announced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The CPSC says the ATVs violate the mandatory federal ATV safety standard because the speed-adjusting module included with the vehicle lets the ATV’s speed be set higher than the maximum allowed for vehicles intended for children 6 and older, posing a risk of serious injury or death from a crash.

No incidents or injuries have been reported. The remedy is a $100 refund for returning the module; the ATV itself can stay in use without it.

How to Identify the ATV

The recall covers X-Pro Eagle youth ATVs, gas-powered 110cc vehicles sold in black, blue, red, pink, spider black, spider blue, spider red, leaf pink and tree camo. “X-PRO” is printed on the side panel, and a plate on the left front of the frame reads “This ATV is subject to Titan Imports Inc.’s Action Plan approved by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.”

The ATVs were sold online at Walmart.com, Powersportsmax.com, Xprousa.com, Amazon.com and eBay.com from July 2025 through September 2025 for between $680 and $980. They were distributed by Moshin, LLC, doing business as X-PRO, of Carrollton, Texas, and made in China.

How Does the Refund Work?

The CPSC says owners should stop using the speed-adjusting module immediately and contact X-PRO for the $100 refund. X-PRO provides a prepaid shipping label to return the module. Owners can keep using the ATV without the module. The CPSC notice does not set an end date for the refund.
