- Conquest 2.0
- Dark Horse 2.0
- Epic
- King Kombo XT
- Leveler
- MegaLite

Rapid Locks are the black or orange locks on each ladder leg that insert into the rungs to set the ladder’s height. The Little Giant name and the model name appear on the side of the ladder. A ladder that has an orange rectangular “QC” sticker on the rail above one of the Rapid Locks is not part of the recall.
The ladders were sold at Lowe’s, Costco and other stores nationwide, and online at Lowes.com, Amazon.com, Costco.com, LittleGiantLadders.com and other websites, from December 2015 through October 2026 for about $100 to $1,000. They were made in the United States, China, Mexico and Malaysia.
The CPSC says owners should stop using a recalled ladder until they review the recall information on Little Giant’s recall page or through the QR code on the ladder, then contact Little Giant for the repair kit. The kit contains warning labels to attach to the ladder and instructions telling owners to check that each Rapid Lock is properly engaged before every use and to keep the locks lubricated.
A replacement ladder or refund is available only in narrower cases. If a Rapid Lock still does not work properly after it has been lubricated as instructed, the owner contacts Little Giant for an evaluation. If the lock still fails after that evaluation, the company offers a choice between a replacement ladder of the same or equivalent model and a refund. The refund ranges from a depreciated value set by the purchase date up to the full purchase price for ladders bought within the past 12 months. The CPSC notice does not set an end date for the remedy.
