Arhaus is a national furniture and home décor retailer offering luxury handcrafted products for living
rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces. The company sells through Arhaus.com and in-store
showrooms across the United States. It promotes sustainability and artisan craftsmanship, but this lawsuit
focuses on its alleged deceptive online pricing practices in California.
Who Is Eligible?
California residents who purchased one or more Arhaus products on Arhaus.com between April 2, 2020 and
September 18, 2024 where the product showed a sale price and a higher reference price, and who did not
already receive a refund or credit.
How Much Can I Get?
Payments are pro rata from the net settlement amount based on your qualifying purchase total compared to
other approved claimants. You can choose a store credit gift card or a cash payment of equal value. No
claimant may receive more than 50% of their total qualifying purchase amount.
