How Do I Qualify For a Payout?
To potentially qualify for a payout, you must have had your vehicle booted by Buckhead Parking in Marietta, Georgia from November 14, 2014, through present; Union City, Georgia from February 9, 2012, through the present, or outside of Atlanta, Decatur, Sandy Springs, Union City, Doraville, Hapeville, Morrow, Riverdale, and Smyrna from January 25, 2014, through the present. You may still be able to qualify for a payment if you were driving the vehicle that was booted even if you did not own the vehicle.

How Much Can I Get Paid?
Payments to eligible class action claimants are estimated to be no more than $400.00 per claim in Union City and outside of Atlanta, Decatur, Sandy Springs, Union City, Doraville, Hapeville, Morrow, Riverdale, and Smyrna, and/or $60.00 per claim in Marietta. The amount is subject to revision based on the number of valid and timely claim forms submitted.
How Do I File a Claim?
To access the Claim Form, you will be asked to provide one of the following:
• Your Claimant ID
• License Plate Number
• DOT Number
• Your last name
You may have received multiple notices in the mail, or by email, each with a unique Claimant ID. You will be requested to provide separate claims for each claimant or notice ID you received.
For multiple booting claims, you can file a separate claim form for each incident using the corresponding claimant/notice ID.
Your claimant ID should be located above your address on any mailing that you received. If you don't have a claimaint ID you can still file a claim form.
Do I Need Proof to Get Paid?
Yes, to request a payment, you must complete and timely submit a claim form. You may be required to attach any documents that you have showing that you owned or drove a vehicle that was booted by Buckhead Parking during the qualifying period of time mentioned above, or proof that you paid to have a boot removed by Buckhead Parking. You may need to provide the following documentation:
• You owned or drove a vehicle booted by Buckhead Parking during the class period
• You paid to have a boot removed by Buckhead Parking
• The vehicle was booted in one of the specified locations during the relevant time periods
• Information about the vehicle that Buckhead Parking booted
• Proof that you were driving the booted vehicle
