On August 11, 2023, Cummins Behavioral Health Systems sent out letters to 157,688 individuals to inform them that their personal identifying data had been exposed in a data breach. In an external system breach to the Cummins Behavioral Health Systems computer network, the following personally sensitive and identifiable information was hacked:
• Patients' Names,
• Social Security Numbers.
