Seven class action settlements, including the ConnectOnCall, ModMed and University of Hawaii data breach settlements and the Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator settlement, stop accepting claims on Monday, November 2, 2026. Four offer $25 to $75 with no documents, and most accept a paper claim form postmarked that day.

Seven settlements tracked by OpenClassActions.com have a November 2, 2026 claim deadline: the ConnectOnCall, University of Hawaii and Modernizing Medicine (ModMed) data breach settlements, the Fairchild Medical Center pixel tracking settlement, the Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator wire harness settlement, the 90 Washington Street rent overcharge settlement and the BASF and Covestro diisocyanates price-fixing settlements. November 2 is also the opt-out and objection deadline for two settlements that pay automatically, Swire Coca-Cola and SpecialtyCare.
For most of them, yes. The ConnectOnCall, University of Hawaii, ModMed, Fairchild and Whirlpool settlements accept a paper claim form postmarked by November 2, 2026, and the 90 Washington Street settlement accepts claims only by mail, postmarked by that date. None of the notices for those settlements states a cutoff time for online filing.
The ConnectOnCall $75 payment, the University of Hawaii payment of about $50, the ModMed $75 payment and the Fairchild Medical Center $25 payment need no receipts or loss documents. All four still ask for the ID and PIN from the notice to file online; ConnectOnCall also has a path for people without a notice, using a sworn statement instead.
Claims filed after the deadline are generally not paid. The Whirlpool settlement is an exception for future problems: owners who discover a covered wire harness issue later can still contact Whirlpool within 90 days of discovering it and within seven years of purchase, under the settlement’s extended terms.
