This roundup collects every class action settlement OpenClassActions.com published from Tuesday, October 27 through Monday, November 2, 2026, sorted by what a reader can do with it: settlements open for claims now, settlements that started or resumed taking claims, settlements that pay automatically, settlements announced but not yet open, and settlements that are paying. It also lists every settlement deadline on OCA that falls between Monday, November 2 and Sunday, November 8, 2026. Each entry links to OCA’s full page, which cites the official settlement website and court filings and explains who qualifies.
Payment amounts shown are the estimates or caps stated in each settlement’s notice. Final amounts usually depend on how many people file, and every settlement must win or keep court approval before it pays.

OpenClassActions.com added 23 settlements open for claims between October 27 and November 2, 2026, and two more began or resumed taking claims. Which class action settlement deadlines fall the week of November 2, 2026?
Twenty-four settlement deadlines fall between November 2 and November 8, 2026. November 2 alone has nine, including the Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator, diisocyanates price-fixing, ConnectOnCall, University of Hawaii and ModMed settlements. November 3 brings Limetree Bay, Levoit, Schnucks and Furniture Mart USA, and the week ends with SitusAMC on November 6 and the Domino’s San Francisco health care fee settlement on November 8. Swire Coca-Cola, SpecialtyCare, North Highland and Sun Country pay automatically, so their dates are for opting out, objecting, rollover forms or data challenges.
Which settlements closing this week need no documents?
Several closing that week offer a cash option with no receipts or loss documentation: the University of Hawaii (an estimated $50) and ModMed (an estimated $75) data breach settlements on November 2, the Furniture Mart USA ($75) and Southern Graphics (pro rata) data breach settlements and the Levoit air purifier ($10) and Schnucks Rewards ($7) settlements on November 3, Truffettes de France in Canada on November 4, YES Communities ($50) on November 5 and SitusAMC (an estimated $75) on November 6. Neither has a claim form. The Snap Finance multistate settlement cancels remaining balances for about 303,000 customers with charged-off leases from 2017 to 2022, who keep their merchandise. The $220 million GM Smart Driver settlement is paid to 35 states and Washington, D.C., not to drivers; a separate class action on behalf of drivers continues.
Every figure and deadline on this page comes from the OpenClassActions.com settlement and case pages linked above. Each of those pages cites its own primary sources — the official settlement website, the court-approved notice, and the court docket or agency filing — and is updated when a deadline or payment estimate changes.
