What You Can Claim in November 2026

Seventeen class action settlements are open to claims during November 2026, 17 of them still open as of today, and fifteen close inside the month. The 5 that take a sworn attestation instead of a receipt or a notice ID are listed first. Filing preserves a place in line but is not a payment date: money moves only after a court approves a settlement, and each company that settled denies wrongdoing.

The No-Proof Claims

These five take a claim with no receipt and no code from a mailed notice.

The $167.5 million nonbank ATM fee settlement resolves allegations that Visa and Mastercard network rules led to higher access fees at independent ATMs, the kind found in gas stations and stores. Visa and Mastercard deny wrongdoing. People in the U.S. charged that fee between October 2007 and August 2026, and not fully reimbursed, can claim a pro rata share with no documents. It is the one on this list with the most time left: claims close February 10, 2027.

The CVS digital privacy settlement covers people who used a CVS website or app in the U.S. before July 27, 2026. The lawsuit alleges those properties disclosed browsing and personal data to Criteo and other third parties; both companies deny it. The no-proof tier is up to $5, or up to $10 with documentation, one payment per household, and claims close November 16.

The $32 million GoodRx settlement covers anyone in the U.S. who used GoodRx, GoodRx Gold, HeyDoctor or GoodRx Care before April 20, 2024. The case centers on allegations that GoodRx passed health and prescription information to advertising companies through tracking code; GoodRx and Criteo deny them. Each valid claim gets an equal share of the net fund, the Unique ID and PIN are optional, and claims close December 29.

The $9 million Dr. Squatch settlement resolves claims that "natural" labels on its soaps, deodorants and other personal care products misled buyers, which the company denies. U.S. buyers from November 1, 2018 to August 29, 2026 can claim $0.50 a product: five products on a signed attestation, or up to 25 with receipts, adjusted pro rata. Claims close November 27.

The $6.1 million Laboratory Services Cooperative settlement covers patients whose lab testing was ordered by a Planned Parenthood health center on or before October 27, 2024, plus current and former LSC employees. The complaint alleges LSC did not adequately protect the data it held, and LSC denies wrongdoing. Claims for up to $1,000 pro rata need no documents, the portal has a path for people who never got a notice, and documented losses up to $5,000 are a separate tier. Claims close November 24.

Broad Cases That Need a Notice ID or Records

These reach large groups of people, but the claim form is gated on something the claimant has to produce: purchase records, or the identifier from a mailed or emailed notice.

The $533 million generic drug price-fixing settlements with Sandoz and Fougera, Sun and Taro, and Apotex and Heritage cover people who paid out of pocket or through insurance for covered generic medicines between May 1, 2009 and December 31, 2019. The complaints allege consumers paid more than they should have for everyday generics; the defendants deny it. One combined claim covers all three settlements, it requires pharmacy purchase histories, receipts or insurer statements, and it closes November 9.

The $30 million Equifax hard inquiry settlement covers consumers who disputed a hard inquiry on their Equifax file between October 4, 2016 and March 27, 2026. Plaintiffs allege Equifax did not contact the company that pulled the report or remove the inquiry; Equifax denies it. Estimated payments run from about $100 to $400 by group, the Claim Number and PIN from the notice open the form, and claims close November 29.

The FTD and ProFlowers settlement covers U.S. customers who paid a delivery, shipping, handling or service fee on an FTD.com or ProFlowers.com order from January 29, 2021 to January 29, 2025. Plaintiffs allege the fee appeared only at the last checkout step; FTD denies it. The choice is $5 cash or a $15 voucher, the Unique ID and PIN are needed to file online, and claims close November 13.

The Kia window regulator settlement pays up to $400 a repair to owners and lessees of covered Kia vehicles who paid to fix a power window that failed, or a $40 dealer service card for current owners. Plaintiffs allege the regulator drums or gears can break; Kia denies it. The Class Member ID, the VIN and repair or ownership records are required by November 23.

The $6 million Teleflora settlement covers people on the National Do Not Call Registry who got two or more Teleflora promotional texts within 12 months between May 9, 2021 and August 26, 2026 without having given Teleflora their number. Teleflora denies the claims. Payments run up to $251 less fees and costs, the Notice ID and Confirmation Code open the form, and claims close November 17.

The Navy Federal settlement covers members given a personal loan between January 1, 2023 and January 31, 2025 who reported it as fraud and had the claim denied. Navy Federal denies the allegations. Loan cancellation, credit-report deletion and a refund of payments are automatic; only the separate $250 needs a claim, filed with the Notice ID and PIN by November 29.

Two Investor Claims

The Twitter stock claim is not a settlement. On March 20, 2026 a federal jury in San Francisco found that Elon Musk violated Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act with false and misleading statements about his acquisition of Twitter. Because the jury found the stock price was pushed down, the class is people who sold Twitter stock or call options, or bought put options, during the 2022 class period. Claims for the jury-set damages plus interest need broker confirmations or statements for every transaction and close November 24.

The $85 million Everbridge settlement covers investors who bought Everbridge common stock between February 18, 2020 and February 24, 2022. The defendants deny the allegations. The average estimate is about $2.32 a share before fees, brokerage records are required, and claims close November 25.

Narrower Cases Closing Early in November

Four more close in the first ten days of the month or cover a smaller group.

The Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator settlement closes November 2 for past repairs. It covers Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid and JennAir models with a wire harness that the plaintiffs say is defective, which Whirlpool denies. It offers a free repair, free parts, or 25% to 75% of what an owner already paid, with the model and serial number required and a repair invoice or receipt for the cash tiers.

The Levoit air purifier settlement closes November 3. The lawsuit alleges "True HEPA," "HEPA" and "H13" labels on Levoit Core and EverestAir purifiers and filters sold from August 29, 2019 to August 4, 2023 were misleading; Vesync denies it. It pays a $10 digital payment, and evidence of purchase showing the original purchase date is required.

The University of Phoenix settlement closes November 5 and pays $25 to people enrolled from April 1, 2023 through October 6, 2026, or from April 1, 2020 for Illinois students. Plaintiffs allege tracking tools on the university's websites shared students' information with Meta and others; the university denies violating any law. The LoginID and PIN from the email notice open the form.

The $4.25 million Wellstar settlement closes November 10. It covers people who used the Wellstar Health System website or patient portal, where plaintiffs allege tracking code disclosed their information to third parties including Meta; Wellstar denies it. Payments are pro rata, and the Unique ID and PIN from the mailed notice are needed to file online.

What "No Proof" Means on This List

Here, no proof means two things at once: no receipt or record of the purchase, and no Claim ID, LoginID or PIN that only arrives in a mailed or emailed notice. A settlement can skip receipts and still lock its online form behind that code, which is why FTD, Teleflora and Navy Federal sit in the second group even though none of them asks for a receipt.

It does not mean no eligibility rule. Every no-proof form asks the claimant to swear that they belong to the class, and administrators can ask for support later. Payouts described as a share of a fund, such as the ATM, GoodRx and generic drug settlements, depend on how many valid claims come in and are not final until the administrator finishes its review.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which November 2026 class action settlements require no proof of purchase?

Five of the seventeen on this list take a claim with no receipt and no notice ID: the $167.5 million Visa and Mastercard nonbank ATM fee settlement, the CVS website and app privacy settlement, the $32 million GoodRx privacy settlement, the $9 million Dr. Squatch settlement and the $6.1 million Laboratory Services Cooperative data breach settlement for Planned Parenthood lab patients. Each still asks the claimant to certify under penalty of perjury that they belong to the class, and some administrators can ask for supporting records later.

What is the earliest class action deadline in November 2026?

November 2, 2026, for past-repair claims in the Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator wire harness settlement, which covers Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid and JennAir models. The model and serial number are required, and the cash tiers also need a repair invoice or purchase receipt. The Levoit air purifier settlement follows on November 3 and the University of Phoenix pixel settlement on November 5.

Which November 2026 settlement covers the most people?

By reach, the nonbank ATM fee settlement is the broadest: it covers people in the U.S. charged an access fee at a stand-alone, nonbank ATM between October 2007 and August 2026 who were not fully reimbursed, and no documents are needed to file. Its deadline is February 10, 2027. Among the cases that close in November, the $533 million generic drug price-fixing settlements reach the most people, but they require pharmacy, insurer or other records of covered purchases.

Can a claim be filed without the Notice ID or PIN that came in the mail?

On the five no-proof settlements, yes: the identifier is optional or not used. On Equifax, FTD and ProFlowers, Teleflora, Navy Federal, University of Phoenix and Wellstar, the administrator-issued ID is what opens the online form, and the official settlement website explains the alternate route for people who never got a notice. Kia uses a Class Member ID with the VIN, and the generic drug, Twitter and Everbridge claims turn on purchase or brokerage records rather than a notice code.

What happens after a November 2026 claim deadline passes?

The claim window closes and late claims are generally not accepted. Several settlements on this list still have a final approval hearing ahead, including Equifax on December 10, Everbridge on December 17, Levoit on February 17, 2027 and Dr. Squatch on March 2, 2027. Payments follow only if the court approves the settlement and any appeals are resolved, so filing preserves a place in line; it is not a payment date.
