Thirteen class action settlements are open to claims in September 2026, and ten of them close inside the month — among them Disney's $50 million YouTube TV and DirecTV Stream antitrust settlement, the $8.25 million Google Play children's privacy settlement and the $117.5 million Comcast Xfinity data breach settlement. The two newest ID required cases, Dr. Squatch and the $117 million pork price-fixing settlement, stay open into late fall.

Six of the thirteen on this list are filed on an attestation rather than a receipt: Dr. Squatch, the pork price-fixing settlement, the Chantix settlement, MG217 coal tar shampoo, the Gotham Steel and Granitestone cookware settlement, and the Flo period-tracker settlement. Each still asks you to certify your eligibility under penalty of perjury, and some administrators can ask for supporting records later.
September 8, 2026, for Disney's $50 million YouTube TV and DirecTV Stream antitrust settlement. It covers people who paid for either service between April 2019 and March 2026, and the payment is a pro rata share scaled to how long the subscription ran.
It depends on the settlement. On the no-proof cases here the identifier is either optional or not used at all. On the Disney, Google Play, Comcast Xfinity, Farmers Insurance, 700Credit, Tesla and O'Reilly settlements the administrator-issued ID is what gates the online form, and without it you would need to follow the alternate filing instructions on that settlement's official website. Check the official site for the settlement you are filing.
The figures on this list range from $6 for a single pan in the Gotham Steel and Granitestone cookware settlement to up to $10,000 for documented losses in the Comcast Xfinity data breach settlement. Most no-proof payments are small and fixed, while pro rata payments depend on how many valid claims are filed and are not final until a court approves the settlement and the administrator finishes its review.
The claim window closes permanently and late claims are generally not accepted. The case then moves to its final approval hearing, and payments follow only if the court approves the settlement and any appeals are resolved. None of the settlements on this list has paid class members yet.
