The Mission Hills payment is a second automatic FTC refund for selected student loan debt relief customers who cashed the first check and met the program’s payment threshold.
The FTC is sending checks to 10,138 people who cashed their first check and paid the defendants more than $430.
The second round totals more than $627,000. The first round resulted in more than $3.4 million in completed refunds.
The FTC lists Federal Direct Group, National Secure Processing, and The Student Loan Group in addition to Mission Hills Federal.
No public claim form is open. The second payment uses the records from the first payment round.
