You may be part of a new $4,500,000 class action settlement after allegations were raised that JustPlay collected, stored, and used biometric information in an improper way through the JustPlay mobile app.The class action lawsuit alleges the conduct violated the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, also known as BIPA.

How Much Can I Get Paid?
Approved Settlement Class Members may claim a one time $15.00 cash payment.No proof or explanation is required to claim the $15 payment.
Important: If the total dollar amount of all valid claims, settlement administration costs, Court approved attorneys’ fees and costs, and any service award is greater than the settlement amount, the $15 payment may be reduced on a pro rata basis.
