What Changed Recently?

The settlement class covers anyone who bought one or more products on fashionnova.com or through the Fashion Nova mobile app between September 17, 2018 and May 20, 2025 while the billing address on file with Fashion Nova was in California, Oregon or Washington. The agreement splits the class into California, Oregon and Washington subclasses, but everyone receives the same voucher.Excluded are people who opted out by the deadline, the lawyers for both sides, Fashion Nova and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers and directors, the judge and court staff with their immediate families, and anyone who had already released these claims.
