Two settlements closing between October 13 and October 20, 2026 accept claims with no receipts and no notice ID: the $59.5 million Flo period-tracker privacy settlement, which closes October 15, and the VSL#3 probiotic settlement, which closes October 20 and pays $20 for one unit per household without proof.
Many of them advertise a cash option with no documentation, but the online claim form only opens with a LoginID and PIN, Class Member ID or similar code printed on the mailed or emailed notice. A class member without that notice cannot file online, so the code works as proof of class membership. Securities settlements require brokerage records for every trade.
No. The Amazon Pennsylvania wage, Le Moyne College and Tennessee Farmers Mutual settlements pay class members from records, with no claim form. Their October dates are opt-out or payment-election deadlines. A class member who does nothing is still paid if the court grants final approval, by check unless electronic payment is chosen.
For most of these settlements, a paper claim form counts if it is postmarked by the deadline, and an online form must be submitted by that date. A few set a cutoff time for online filing, such as 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time for Flo and Seagate. Each settlement’s notice states its own rule.
Payments come after the court grants final approval and any appeals are resolved, usually weeks or months after the claim deadline. Several funds are split pro rata, so the final amount per person depends on how many valid claims are filed.
